Mobile order and you won't encounter any issues other reviewers are complaining about. Except for the parking lot. Avoid the parking lot and drive thru like the plague. (I'd recommend mobile ordering, parking at Tropical Smoothie, and physically going in to pick up your order.)
Also, the lighting in here is very dim so I go elsewhere to study.

Drinks are okay, but service is slow and most of the employees are rude. The drive thru is a nightmare and slow as well.

They never screw up my order but today... yuck on cleanliness. Which they never are the best at cleaning.

Came to Starbucks with 3 friends. Ordered my drink and the lady taking my order was rude. We waited 10-15 minutes for our drinks. My order was messed up and they had to make it again. My friends order was messed up as well (only tasted like milk and no coffee taste). We waited another 10 minutes for my others friends drink... it did not come. They have 8 people working, no line, 15 people waiting for drinks (very slow, no sense of urgency)

Drinks are fine, but service is SO SLOW. Either drive-thru or ordering inside. As a former Starbucks employee who worked at a similar location, except with wickedly fast service speed, there's no excuse for them not following procedures to cut down on wait times.
